for inspiration, have a look at which packages gets pulled in by the Debian package parl-desktop-world. Creation and maintenance of that package revealed buggy naming of some dictionaries and conflicts between others, indicating to me that "full coverage" was perhaps never explored in Debian until then.

Where is the source package selection for the default install of PureOS located? I can take a look at identifying addon packages needed for worldwide coverage (as much as we have it available in Debian), to see how much additional space that would require.
@zlatan.todoric Reconfiguring the locales package only enables _choice(s)_ of language.
Fixed hydrogen entered testing today.

Nothing has changed though - everything is exactly like it was on this front.
Wonderful!
Fixed (August 20th image)
Not needed. All is fine with software now, and it will update itself in background (and notify user if updates available) soon after you connect to wifi.
This is fixed in latest image.
Yes, but we still don't enable byd, so we need to have package that enables it and then we can close this altogether.
Jup ;-)
We are 3 kernel versions in the future now.
This is no longer reproducible on latest kernels, should we close it?
It works for me on both Debian and PureOS now! Thank you @mak !

https:// in enabled on repo and master but not enforced. This can be changed if needed but I think this is best to keep it for now so we don't break compatibility with aging pureos installations.
This is resolved now in the latest PureOS images (requires systemd >= 234-2pureos1)
apt now by default will use https and apt-transport-https is obsolete (integrated into apt)

Due to all recent events, grsec will be impossible to support and we will actually actively remove it from our archive. We will gradually improve security, probably first step by enabling AppArmor by default. Closing all grsec related packages.
Closing, as we won't use grsec anymore.
This is fixed now, ensure your packagekit package is up-to-date.
I updated my system today, and Thunderbird now works normally.
That is impossible, since that would mean we need to downgrade our kernel, which we can't (ever) do.
Fortunately, this bug is easy to fix, now that we know the cause.
Thanks you @mak ! :)
Can we build our PureOS iso with the old udev udebs for now, as a workaround?

This should be resolved now, if you have version 0.3 of the pureos-gnome-settings package installed.
I still have to verify that this works with an actual Librem though.
Okay, done - with the next batch of updates, you should have a lot less wallpapers ;-)
