First, are we 100% sure that removing this fixes it for UK?

Can you provide the background etc. for your rationale?

@chris.lamb Yes, please, who knows when will updated systemd be released.
This is still not working for Librem 13v3.
Reopened, because it has happened again. From a user:

@QiZhi, have you managed to restore back your desktop?
I am proposing for this to be closed, chromium is no longer in our repo.
Users do not report this problem anymore, can we close it?

Nope, it's not free: https://packages.debian.org/buster/firmware-atheros
How did we miss to load this firmware :-/

@chris.lamb I thought this was related to T433, but it obviously isn't. But I know I have seen this somewhere before, most likely in community forums, I'll try to find the topic.

@chris.lamb This turns out to be the same issue that was already fixed (but I cannot find it now).
Customer reported that they cannot reproduce this after update. Closing as a duplicate.

@jonas.smedegaard Yes. I will remove „fix“ from the title as it is confusing indeed. It supposed to mean that this out-of-tree driver needs to be rebased (is this the right term?) to the latest kernel, as it haven't been updated for a while.
Please elaborate on the reason this driver is needed.

It appears that this is already described in forums: https://forums.puri.sm/t/kernel-panic-after-recent-update/3171/

@chris.lamb Ah, okay, makes sense. :) Sorry, retitled now.
Do you have secure boot enabled in BIOS?
How did you "put" the PureOS ISO to your drive? Also, did you check it's hashes to see if it was downloaded correctly?
@chris.lamb Yes, it seemed to me the wording would be too complicated, but feel free to retitle if more descriptive title is needed.
What's the ETA in rolling this out?
Not a PureOS bug, fixed at hardware level.
