When I tested pi-hole it demolished my machines network configuration making it unable to connect to network at all while uninstall script failed badly so I needed manually to hunt down changes and remove them...
While good idea, still not mature for prime time.

Not sure if relevant for this issue (seems you isolated the issue from the GUI tool) but might be: Do you use the Debian packaged DisplayCAL from the package dispcalgui?
that smells like bad code in jitsi.meet, choking on browser names not known to it.
