Perl module Regexp::Common::License contains regular expressions to match known Free licenses.

The module needs restructuring
from its current use with licensecheck
(fuzzy parsing of mixed sources, requiring manual curating)
to also support feed curating web service
(strict parsing of well-formed sources, with automated tag-based curating).
