Conky links with libxnvctrl, which sole purpose is to use non-free NVIDIA driver.
Fix is to rebuild conky without libxnvctrl linkage.

This issue is bogus: libxnvctrl does _not_ need nor promote free software (see T64).
Bug was closed and stay closed. Changing semantics for closing to be because it is invalid (not because all instances of this issue is addressed).
