How to manually install downloaded .deb package

NOTE: It is not recommended to install packages this way.
WARNING: Installing 3rd party packages may lead to unexpected issues.
  1. Right-click on a downloaded .deb package file and click Open With Other Application:

  1. Select Software Install:

  1. Installer window will open, click to install:

instdeb3

...and type your password when asked.
