Attempting to open an attached file, a photo in this case, inside of Thunderbird. Thunderbird defaults as "Photo viewer" which will not open the .jpeg and asks me to choose an application to do so. After clicking Choose Application, I am taken to my home folder to begin searching for an application instead of available applications that will open such a file. Expected behavior is to be given a list of available applications that will allow me to open the file. Reproduce steps: install Thunderbird, receive a .jpeg file attachment and attempt to open said file.
