Desktops tested: Mate/Phosh

QT apps inducing Kate and Kdenlive have issues with the save and save as dialog.
In Mate the menus sometimes don't go away. In Phosh sometimes they don't show up and the app locks up.

PureOS is mostly tested with GNOME as desktop.

I am uncertain if anyone is able to test issues tied to Mate, or if we simply give up and close such issues as wontfix.
