Description

libxnvctrl is blocked from entering from Debian to PureOS (see T64).

The reason for that blocking is since found to be bogus. Please therefore stop blocking libxnvctrl.

FTR, the reason for blocking nvidia-settings was "References non-free NVIDIA driver".
Package is removed from blacklist now.
