Hi,
Same problem as previously reported in T373:

$ LANG=C sudo apt-get install libqt5core5a python{,3}-pyqt5
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree       
Reading state information... Done
python3-pyqt5 is already the newest version (5.9.2+dfsg-1).
Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.
The following information may help to resolve the situation:

 python-pyqt5 : Depends: qtbase-abi-5-9-2
 python3-pyqt5 : Depends: qtbase-abi-5-9-2

This should be fixed now (and ideally won't ever break again).
