On a fresh PureOS install, with no modification to the GPG config, running the following command :
gpg --receive-keys $FINGERPRINT
Generates the following error :
gpg: keyserver receive failed: Connection closed in DNS

You may ignore this bug as it seemed to be related to a network issue on my side (maybe my provider). It is now working.
