In Evolution when getting a .asc file there is no import .asc file option. However; double clicking a .asc file imports it properly.

Reproduction steps:

1. Email a gpg file
2. see it as an attachment
3. right click it, see no import option
4. double click it, see it import

Expected result:
To offer to import the .asc file into passwords and keys
