Debian screen on GDM lock screen

Description

If the screen locks, or you lock the screen, I still see a Debian image (might be left over from earlier installs), rather than a PureOS branded lock screen.

(I couldn't take a screenshot on a locked screen).

this is similar to T24 which is resolved and can be verified in the latest snapshot images.
