-dbgsym packages seem to be missing from byzantium

Description

I have deb https://repo.pureos.net/pureos-debug byzantium-debug main in my /etc/apt/sources.list but am not able to find/install any -dbgsym packages (such as chatty-dbgsym)

I've checked http://repo.pureos.net/pureos-debug/dists/byzantium-debug/main/binary-arm64/ and Packages.xz is suspiciously empty of content

This is probably a duplicate of https://tracker.pureos.net/T873 (see last comment by Guido).

Sorry for the noise, I didn't find it because the search was timing out for me.
