Librem Tunnel instructions for PureOS require pipx for script based setup.

pipx is a technical tool, not intended for regular users. It was packaged for Debian as it was requested for the _administration_ of Librem One services but explicitly *not* for general use.

Unfortunately, pipx became changed upstream and became tricky to maintain, and the people needing it in the Librem One team was laid off, and the package in Debian (and consequently PureOS as well) was dropped.
