Debian bullseye ships that version so it would be great to stay in sync since there's a larger list of changes in 247 (https://github.com/systemd/systemd/blob/main/NEWS) that affects existing udev rules and it would be great to catch those early up.

Filing an issue since this needs manual intervention due to downstream patches.
