Compile/package 3.36 gnome-control-center for byzantium

Description

Version available in byzantium is: 1:3.34.1-1pureos1
Until now, I can't edit anything regarding system settings (bluetooth, VPN, etc.) because I've upgraded already to 3.36, but this package is still missing (and the deps as well)
I suppose, that this package is a little bit tweaked, hence the reason, why it's not in byzantium already, because those tweaks aren't applied until now.
