Update GNOME Taquin for the Librem 5

Description

GNOME Taquin 3.34 has been released and it available on Debian (unstable, I think), that versioin works on the Librem 5 so that'd be cool to ship it.

We already have Taquin 3.34 in amber-phone. Newer versions seem to have problems with the version of Vala used there though.
