PureBrowser: Address/Search bar does only show results if last char is a space or /

Description

When search in via the addressbar, the browser doesn't return any results as long I don't type a space or /. I also can't open urls if the don't have a space or / at the end. This means that enter doesn't do anything till I add a space or /.

PureBrowser version 60.9.0esr.
I had this issue also in the previous version.

Purism has abandoned the development of PureBrowser for some time now.

PureOS now recommends using GNOME Web (a.k.a. Epiphany), and also provides Firefox ESR.
