It seems the maintainer is used as in

[Pureos-changes] Accepted haegtesse 0.0.1 (source) into laboratory, laboratory Bob Ham

while IMHO the person that uploaded (that is signed) the package should be used. Othwerwise it's not easy to find out whom to contact for a borked upload.
