Description

How to reproduce:

Set an external monitor as the primary display
Unplug the monitor
The laptop monitor doesn't become the new primary monitor, which means that GNOME Shell is inaccessible (all the UI is on the invisible primary monitor)
The only way to get a usable system is to plug the monitor back in (or reboot)

Is this an upstream bug with GNOME Shell on Wayland?
