Steps to reproduce:

• Install PureOS from ISO
• Log in for the first time
• Read the "Getting started" page which appears

What should happen:

• Page and links are legible

What happens instead:

• Under "Common Tasks" all links appear as codenames rather than human-readable titles. e.g. gs-browse-web, gs-change-date-time-tz

Notes:

• After an update, upgrade and reboot the issue was resolved. I'm not sure which step resolved the issue.
