No maximize animations after clean install

Description

After a clean install maximize animations are not working in GNOME 3.26.2 on PureOS on a Librem 13 v3.
As these animations were introduced in 3.26, they should theoretically work. The "animations" setting in GNOME tweaks is on, so that should not be the problem.
