Can only set US time zones after choosing American English as language and keyboard layout

Description

In the installer, there are only US time zones listed after choosing a AE as language and keyboard layout. This is a problem for people like myself who are not from the US but like having their language/keyboard to be set to AE, as well as US citizens living abroad.

@tbernard : I guess it helps if you elaborate a bit on how you installed: Which image did you use? Was is an install on your laptop or a VM or...?
