Cannot install gnome-builder
Closed, ResolvedPublic

Description

Installing gnome-builder from gnome-software or command line resulted in the same error :

The following packages have unmet dependencies:

gnome-builder: Depends: clang but it is not going to be installed

I have done "sudo apt update" with no success. I only point to the green repository and I run the kernel 4.5-byd PureOS version. Can this old kernel version be a problem with some dependencies?

Cheers!

Also, the package python-dev cannot be installed from green :

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
python-dev : Depends: python (= 2.7.11-2) but 2.7.13-1 is to be installed
Depends: libpython-dev (= 2.7.11-2) but it is not going to be installed
Depends: python2.7-dev (>= 2.7.11-11~) but it is not going to be installed

It works well from Strech repository.

I will look into this.

@francois can you test with latest beta?
