So... What did you try? Is there still an issue at all?
Not root filesystem could mean the OEM installation didn't happen. When the OEM installer asks you whether it should automatically determine the fastest disk, what did you answer?

i usually type y on the heuristics.

Update:

So i decided to install using another new USB, with the newest OEM (9/4/2017) installed

(checked the sha256 and it matches) on the 128gb BIWIN SSD, i get a "no system installed" again like last time.

Got another new USB. used the program zlatan told me to use, etcher, with the latest OEM installation
(9/4/2017). still getting the same no system installed.

What am i doing wrong?

another update: Newer USB fixed the order with two drives: m.2 250gb sata and 2.5" 250gb sata drive

Update: 128gb sata 2.5" working because a newer firmware.

1 TB sata 2.5" cannot complete setup. Error message "No root filesystem is found"
