Current me patche (https://github.com/kakaroto/me_cleaner/tree/me11) will keep MFS partition, it doesn't seem necessary for everyone, so the patch needs to be modified to make it into an option.. sort of a --keep-partitions option. Maybe even a --keep-modules could be added too.
