Many of the things we put into PureOS are (by design) backports of what happens in Debian (often by the same maintainers). It would be nice to have an auto backporter that fetches from salsa, rebases the patches, builds the package and tests in CI and notifies about the result. In the success case it could also prepare the gitlab MRs. At a alter point we could even do automated uploads.
