dpkg in byzantium is version 1.19.7pureos1, missing updates in Debian for more than a year.

The only deviation from Debian is the arch-independent file /usr/share/perl5/Dpkg/Vendor/PureOS.pm which (thanks to the class-based design of vendoring in Dpkg perl modules) can be provided by a different package than dpkg itself, to ease maintenance.

The Vendor module can be more reliably be decoupled from the dpkg package if https://source.puri.sm/pureos/core/dpkg/-/merge_requests/2 is merged.

Please either...
a) update the package, or
b) tell me if ok that I update the package (as prepared at https://source.puri.sm/jonas.smedegaard/dpkg/-/tree/pureos/byzantium), or
c) tell if you agree that we better ship the Module in another package (preferably with my proposed updates applied).
